Yes, both in the tipi and outdoors as well. You will need to contact our local registrars on 0116 305 6565 or registration@leics.gov.uk to check their availability and book them. Outdoor weddings are weather dependant.
You are welcome to bring in your own suppliers. We understand that everyone has their own unique tastes and styles. We will need to see a certificate of liability insurance prior to your wedding from all suppliers. Any electrical equipment will need to have a valid PAT test.

We work closely with local suppliers, Anthony’s Catering and Black Peppermint for all onsite catering requirements. You can find out more about them and our catering options on our catering page.
You and your chosen suppliers are welcome to start setting up from 10am on the day of your wedding. We have a limited amount of storage onsite, and you are welcome to drop off any small decorations at Sheepy Meadows the day before your wedding and collect them the day after. Any items left onsite are left at the at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for loss or damage.
Music can be provided by DJs and acoustic acts and will need to be delivered through our inhouse sound system. Live bands are permitted but must use electric drum kits and go through our speakers, complying with our sound limits.
Our in house sound system is optimised for low noise pollution but keeps the energy high on the dance floor. This is out of respect for our neighbours and the surrounding environment.
Unfortunately this is not possible at Sheepy Meadows.
You are welcome to leave cars onsite for the night of your wedding. We ask that all cars are collected by 9am the next day.
As we are a working farm and there is a risk to livestock and wildlife, unfortunately, we don’t allow fireworks, sparklers or Chinese lanterns onsite.
We’re complete dog lovers here, but due to wildlife in the area and the interest of other guests’ safety, only guide dogs are allowed onsite.
We take last orders for drinks at 11:15pm and close the bar at 11.30. We ask all guests onsite to have left by 12am.
DJs must finish by 11:30pm. If you choose to have a silent disco this may continue until 12.00am
Suppliers must collect all hired items by the end of the night as we do not have storage for larger items. We have a limited amount of storage onsite, and you are welcome to leave smaller items overnight and collect them the next day. Any items left onsite are left at the owners risk and we cannot be held liable for loss or damage.
We ask that you leave the venue as you found it. We take a £450 security deposit two months before your event which will be retained in the event of any damages or if anything goes missing.
Unfortunately it is not possible on site. You can camp at Gopsall or Dandelion Hideaway.

A damage deposit payment of £450 is required two months prior to your wedding day. This will be refunded within 14 days of your wedding provided there is no damage and nothing is missing.
It’s not possible to provide your own food and drink, they must be provided by professional licensed and insured suppliers.
