About Sheepy Meadows

A RELAXED AND RUSTIC TIPI WEDDING VENUE,
TUCKED AWAY IN THE HEART OF THE MIDLANDS COUNTRYSIDE

Sheepy Meadows was created from the love of our beautiful rural setting and inspired by the wildlife and nature that calls us home. Open from April to Mid-October, our setting makes a stunning backdrop cross Spring, Summer and Autumn. Set away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, on the grounds of a working farm, Sheepy Meadows provides a secret paradise exclusively for you and your guests.

A HIDDEN PARADISE IN BREATHTAKING, HISTORIC FARMLAND

Steeped in history, the 150 acre farm that’s home to Sheepy Meadows, was thought to be the last camp site of Richard III’s army before the Battle of Bosworth. Records from 1279 also indicate there was a manor and chapel on the site, which was served by the monks of Merevale. The farm is now mainly a sheep and arable farm and boasts incredible views over fields, woodland and rivers.

Surrounded by grazing sheep, flowing rivers and uninterrupted views of the outdoors, our wedding tipi makes the ideal setting for your outdoor wedding. Festival, boho, vintage or luxe, or even something completely different, we understand that your wedding day should be all about you and reflect your style. Our incredible tipi offers you the ultimate blank canvas on which to unleash your imagination.

Protecting The Countryside For Future Generations

Here at Sheepy Meadows, we are surrounded by nature and countryside that continues to inspire us daily. We want to protect this for future generations to enjoy, meaning sustainability is one of our top priorities. We believe in minimizing our impact on the environment, which is why we have a zero-to-landfill policy, and in 2007 we planted 12,000 trees to offset our carbon emissions. We also ensure that we do the small things. Office procedures include minimising paper and ink use, switching off electrical items when not in use and closing external doors to prevent heat loss. We work with local caterers who specialize in sustainable produce, to reduce food transport emissions and support local businesses.
